Onve you are reconnected, you may check your Orders on the Order Status page. Alternatively, you may contact your Dealer’s Representative by phone.
Your User ID and Password will be blocked after 3 unsuccessful log-on attempts. For immediate release of your ID and Password, please contact our Call Centre at 03 - 2113 8118.
Access RHB TradeSmart's login page and click on Forgot Your Password? link on the Login box.
Login to RHB TradeSmart Web or Desktop App, click on Edit Profile link at the top right and go to the Pin & Password tab.
