UPDATE MAILING ADDRESS FORM

If you’re an existing customer and wish to update your mailing address or contact details, please download the form below and submit it to your dealer or remisier upon completion.
ELECTRONIC SHARE PAYMENT (ESP) FORM

Electronic Share Payment ("ESP") is an optional service offered by the bank ("RHB") to its equities trading clients, which allows direct debiting of payment from client’s designated bank account.

To apply for this service, please follow these steps:
  1. Print the PDF copy of this form.
  2. Complete the form and submit through your dealer or remisier.
SETTLEMENT ON BEHALF - THIRD PARTY'S DEPOSIT

Complete the following forms if the payer details differ from the recipient of the funds with RHB Investment Bank Berhad. For example, Customer A issues a payment for settlement on behalf of Customer B.

  • If this is a continuous arrangement between Customer A and B, please download and fill in this form which must be witnessed by your Dealer's Representative / Futures Broker.
  • If this is an ad-hoc arrangement between Customer A and B, please download and fill in this form
Auto Debit / Credit Facility

Auto Debit/Credit Facility is an optional service offered by the bank to its equities trading clients who have a current account / savings account with RHB Bank. This facility allows for automated payments from and proceeds into your designated RHB Bank account. It can also be used for your foreign shares trades that are settled in MYR.

To apply for this service, please follow these steps:

  1. Print the PDF copy of this form.
  2. Complete the form and submit together with a photocopy of RHB Bank account statement / bank passbook your Dealer’s Representative/Remisier.
W-8BEN: Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding and Reporting (Individuals)
