As part of our ongoing initiative to improve our products and services, we have appointed The Nielsen Company (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, an independent market research company to obtain your valuable feedback in a Customer Survey. The survey will be conducted from February to March 2017.
Kindly be informed that you may receive a call from the research company inviting you to participate in a telephone interview between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The interview is expected to last not more than 25 minutes. Rest assured, your feedback will be treated with utmost confidentiality. However, if you do not wish to participate in this survey, you may inform the research company personnel when you receive the call, but we sincerely hope that you will participate as your view and feedback is valuable to us.
